We have two Take 2 Hubs, one based in Bude and one in Wadebridge. These are used as bases to complete academic work set by schools, meet other Take 2 young people, life skills training, arts and crafts, music and lots more fun activities.
It’s a safe place for the young people to get to know the team, to make sure they feel comfortable and confident before venturing out into the community with their Support Workers.
We offer visits to young people and their families/carers so everyone can feel comfortable with the programme moving forward.
We cover the county of Cornwall and are starting to venture across the border into Devon.
We arrange all transport from home or school; each programme is individually assessed. We also develop public transport skills where it is deemed safe and relevant to do so.
